Inspired by a painterly coral palette and drenched in mercury, gold and silver glow, today's inspiration shoot by photographer Anna Roussoshas us swoon over the vistas from Ios Club with a fancy for pastels and bohemian flair. Dreamed up by My Best Wishes events, this inspiration shoot is everything we want in elopement weddings for the new season. Think dreamy scents of coral peonies, a soaked in light tablescape matched to organic details and to add to the volume of getaway chic, a back-baring wedding gown that will have you obsessed with everything boho.
From My Best Wishes events: “When Greek bohemian tradition meets the minimalism of a Greek island then the result is magical. The big blue of the Aegean Sea along with the whites of the island of Ios can create the perfect scenery for a wedding. We chose Ios club, the ultimate cocktails bar in Ios with the most amazing sunset to be our ideal location for our styled shoot. White clean minimal lines, the most wonderful terrace in the island and the hype is on! For our art de la table white porcelain with a touch of blue to match the sea mixed with silver elements as candleholders and stands were chosen to bring a luxury touch to the set up! Simple and elegant coral peonies, were used as the main flower in our set up and they added a joyful tone to our table. Grey pebbles right from the nearest beach and apple geranium leaves were the key elements to our art de la table! Our stunning bride, wore an ethereal boho styled backless wedding dress tailored with fringes and old traditional Greek coins by the super talented Mairi Mparola! Enjoy the magic and the simplicity of our styled shoot and imagine warm, summery nights in Greece!”
